Since 1992, Shane has been active within the “4220 precinct“ having acquired a portfolio of residential and commercial properties prior to significant increases in buyer demand to invest in the area.
Queensland born and a Burleigh local for the past 45 years, before launching his career in real estate, he was the Managing Director of Interchange Consultancy Group for 22 years and was responsible for staging a network of tertiary studies, careers and employment expo events across location throughout Australia. This involved the promotion of career management options for career professional continuing their profession in the property and construction sectors.
Shane’s strengths include an innate ability to match the needs of both buyers and sellers and an extensive knowledge of the Burleigh that he grew up in. He has an extensive network of local and interstate contacts and recognises that many people are looking to make destination Gold Coast their new home or business location.
He is an Active reserve member of the Burleigh Heads Mowbray Park Surf Lifesaving Club, has a graduate Degree in Business Studies from Griffith University and is conversant in both Spanish and Indonesian.

Second Avenue Burleigh Heads Purchase

Great communication
After looking at properties for around 6months and attending open homes, the difference between Shane and other property agents first was that he knew the finer details of the property, the body corp fees, rates, water etc, while other agents would send out details later. I also felt he was open and honest as well as being constant communication though out the process. I would be happy to work with Shane in the future.
